Tonight, I am grateful for Becki and her wisdom, perspective, and humor. And also for dinner. And she is also a good hugger. Not everyone is, but she is.
Becki also reminded me to be grateful that I wake up each morning to a blissful absence of construction sounds from the street below my window.
And there's more! I am grateful to have a new years retreat at Green Gulch to look forward to. I had resigned myself to just going to Zen Center for the new year's eve celebration, but I am thrilled to be able to go up to Green Gulch for 6 whole days instead. I've come to treasure having a place to go and meditate and reflect on the past year and the year to come, and Green Gulch Farm is a beautiful place.
